Privacy policy

1. Data controller

2. Data collected and purposes

KLN-WEB only collects data that is strictly necessary for the purposes described below.

2.1 — Contact form / quote request

• Data collected : first name, email, telephone (optional), website URL (optional), message.
• Purpose : respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, initiate a business relationship.
• Legal basis : pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Retention period : 3 years from the last contact if no contractual relationship follows, then deletion.

2.2 — Business relationship (Clients)

• Data collected : identity, contact details, billing data, history of services rendered, technical credentials provided for the performance of the contract.
• Purposes : performance of the contract, invoicing, technical support, follow-up of the client file.
• Legal basis : performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b) and legal accounting obligations (art. 6.1.c).
• Retention period : duration of the contractual relationship, extended by the applicable accounting and tax limitation periods (10 years).

2.3 — Cookies and technical data

• Data collected : see « Cookies » section below.
• Purpose : spam protection (reCAPTCHA), anonymised audience measurement (Google Analytics), storage of your cookie consent choice.
• Legal basis : legitimate interest (site security) and consent.

3. Recipients of the data

Your data is accessible only to :

• KLN-WEB (Jonville Kellian) — data controller.
• Technical processors acting strictly within the scope of the services provided (see list below).

No data is sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.

4. Sub-processors

The following sub-processors may access some of your data in the course of their service, under a contractual confidentiality undertaking :

• Infomaniak Network SA (web host — Switzerland, outside the EU but covered by the EU adequacy decision) : storage of the website and emails. Infomaniak privacy policy.
• Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited — Ireland) : anti-spam protection of forms. Google privacy policy.
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited — Ireland) : anonymised audience measurement (visit statistics), only after your consent. Google privacy policy.
• Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe Ltd — Ireland) : payment processing (only if you make a purchase). Stripe privacy policy.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some sub-processors (in particular Google) may process data outside the European Union. Such transfers are framed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or by the Data Privacy Framework (DPF), guaranteeing a level of protection equivalent to that of the EU.

6. Cookies

The site uses a minimal number of cookies :

Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics are loaded only after your consent. For Google Analytics, the IP address is anonymised (anonymize_ip parameter). No advertising cookies are used.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the site's cookies in your browser.

7. Data security

KLN-WEB implements technical and organisational measures to protect your data against any unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction : HTTPS encryption, daily off-site backups, access restricted to data that is strictly necessary.

8. Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights :

• Right of access to your personal data.
• Right to rectification where data is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Right to erasure (« right to be forgotten ») in the cases provided for by law.
• Right to restriction of processing.
• Right to portability of your data.
• Right to object to the processing on legitimate grounds.
• Right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
• Right to issue directives regarding the retention, erasure and communication of your data after your death.

9. Lodging a complaint with the CNIL

10. Changes to the policy

KLN-WEB reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, in particular to adapt to legislative, regulatory or technical developments. Any substantive change will be flagged on the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of the document.
