A mobile scanner wired live to the PrestaShop stock

The problem

A retailer was managing stock by hand : endless inventories, gaps between reality and the back office, undetected stockouts. No off-the-shelf module connected a field scan to PrestaShop in real time.

What I built

A phone-based scanning tool that drives the entire stock : you scan a product, and the decrement happens directly in the PrestaShop stock, live. No more double entry, no more gaps.
