PrestaShop 1.6, 1.7, 8.x and 9.x. I'm certified PrestaShop Expert CORE SKILLS. If you're on 1.6 or 1.7, we can plan a progressive migration as part of the Performance plan (2 h dev / month), with no service interruption.
Essential (€50) covers monitoring and 20 min of dev / month — suited if your store is running smoothly and you just want peace of mind. Business (€75, most chosen) adds optimised hosting, daily backups, advanced security and 30 min of dev. Performance (€150) includes 2 h of dev / month, ideal if you want regular development (new modules, optimisations, progressive redesign).
12-month commitment. The subscription is entered into for 12 months; during this period, it cannot be cancelled for convenience (except for breach). At the end of the 12 months, it continues month-to-month and becomes cancellable at any time, by simple email with 7 days' notice before the next billing date.
No, major updates (1.7 → 8, 8.1 → 8.2, etc.) are on a separate quote. They require a staging environment, full testing on the checkout flow, modules and theme, which far exceeds the monthly dev time included. What is included in maintenance: critical security hotfixes (published PrestaShop CVEs), fixes on vulnerable modules, and incident response. For a major update, we issue a quote with a timeline and staging tests.
