An expert also stops you from stacking paid apps that slow the store down and inflate the monthly bill.

Yes. I bring over products and their variants, customers, order history, pages and blog posts, and I prepare 301 redirects to Shopify's URL structure to keep your search rankings. One thing to plan for: customer passwords cannot be transferred, so your customers receive an invitation to reactivate their account. And if Shopify is not the right fit for your project, I will tell you.
